Step 3 The Dubin Group team analyzes the requirements to make sure that they can effectively and quickly deliver for the client
Step 4 The Dubin Group team organizes around the request, executing the search
Step 5 Dubin Matrix™ is accessed to quickly search and match our candidates against the client’s requirement. For more information read below on Dubin Matrix Matching Process
Step 6 Qualifies candidates via phone for initial matches and to communicate client’s expectations around job requirements
Step 7 Deliver qualified group of candidates to clients
Step 8 Based on client feedback, interviews are set up for client and candidate
Step 9 All candidates identified for interviewing are prepared for the interview
Step 10 All candidates are debriefed after the interview and that information is shared with the clients.
Step 11 If required, second round interviews are scheduled
Step 12 Extend offer and schedule start dates
Step 13 Follow up
